Watercraft means a boat or craft principally designed to be propelled on or in the water by wind, engine power or electric motor.WHAT THIS POLICY COVERSCoverage A‐ Bodily Injury, Personal Injury, Advertising Injury and Property Damage Liability.1. This policy covers a covered person’s legal obligation to pay damages for a covered loss over and above the retained limit. If a covered person is legally obligated to pay damages for a loss to which this policy applies, we will pay the net loss minus the retained limit.2. The Limit of Liability as shown in this policy’s Declarations Page for Coverage A is the most we will pay for any one loss, regardless of the number of covered persons, persons or organizations injured, claims made, suits brought, or organizations making claims or bringing suits.3. The Policy Total Limit shown in this policy’s Declarations Page for Coverage A is the most we will pay for all losses arising out of business operations and/or business property during each policy period. This policy total limit applies separately to the policy period shown on the Declarations Page and to each subsequent consecutive annual period unless the policy period is extended after issuance for an additional period of less than 12 months. In that case, the additional period will be deemed part of the last preceding period for purposes of determining the policy total limit.Coverage B‐ Excess Uninsured and Underinsured Motorists Bodily Injury Insurance.1. The terms, conditions and exclusions of the uninsured motorists insurance (including underinsured motorists) of the automobile liability primary insurer policy listed in the Umbrella Schedule also apply to this coverage.2. We will pay those sums which a covered person or their legal representative shall become legally entitled to recover as damages because of loss which is covered by the uninsured motorists insurance (including underinsured motorists) of the automobile liability primary insurer policy listed in the Umbrella Schedule, less the applicable limit of liability of uninsured or underinsured motorists insurance.3. The Limit of Liability as shown in this policy’s Declarations Page for Coverage B is the most we will pay for any one loss, regardless of the number of covered persons, persons or organizations injured, claims made, autos covered under this policy, autos involved in an accident, coverages under this policy, exposures or premiums charged in the Declarations Page, or persons or organizations making claims or bringing suits.4. The Policy Total Limit as shown in this policy’s Declarations Page for Coverage B is the most we will pay for all losses during each policy period. The policy total limit applies separately to the policy period shown on the Declarations Page and to each subsequent consecutive annual period unless the policy period is extended after issuance for an additional period of less than 12 months. In that case, the additional period will be deemed part of the last preceding period for purposes of determining the policy total limit. Applies to loss which is sustained during the policy period within the policy territory defined in the uninsured motorists insurance (including underinsured motorists) of the automobile liability primary insurer listed in the Umbrella Schedule. DEFENSE AND SETTLEMENTCoverage A‐ Bodily Injury, Personal Injury, Advertising Injury and Property Damage Liability.1. If a claim is made or a suit is brought against a covered person for damages because of a loss to which this insurance applies:
Automobile service station means a building or structure or part thereof open to the public where motor vehicles are washed, serviced, repaired, fueled, leased, sold or displayed and may include, but are not limited to a gas bar, car wash, body shop or general or specialty repair shops;
Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.
Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.
Forklift means nonroad equipment used to lift and move materials short distances; generally includes tines to lift objects. Eligible types of forklifts include reach stackers, side loaders, and top loaders.
Snowmobile means a self-propelled vehicle designed to travel on snow or ice, steered by skis or
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle ("UAV") (9) means any aircraft capable of initiating flight and sustaining controlled flight and navigation without any human presence on board.
Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.
Trailer means a vehicle designed to be pulled by a:
Passenger means any person, except members of the crew, carried or to be carried in an aircraft with the consent of the carrier pursuant to a valid contract of carriage.
Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.
Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.
Chassis means the part of a ground ambulance vehicle consisting of all base components, including front and rear suspension, exhaust system, brakes, engine, engine hood or cover, transmission, front and rear axles, front fenders, drive train and shaft, fuel system, engine air intake and filter, accelerator pedal, steering wheel, tires, heating and cooling system, battery, and operating controls and instruments.
Semitrailer means every vehicle without motive power designed for carrying persons or property and for being drawn by a motor vehicle and constructed so that some part of its weight and its load rests or is carried by another vehicle.
Truck camper means a nonself-propelled recreational vehicle that does not have wheels for road use and is designed to be placed upon and attached to a motor vehicle. "Truck camper" does not include truck covers that consist of walls and a roof, but do not have floors and facilities enabling them to be used as a dwelling.
passenger vehicle means a motor vehicle (other than a motor cycle or invalid carriage) constructed solely for the carriage of passengers and their effects and adapted to carry not more than twelve passengers exclusive of the driver, and not drawing a trailer;
Automobile Headliner Adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond together layers in motor vehicle headliners.
