  • For each Applicant (who must first be a Costco Member) that completes a Co-Branded Card Application at a Costco Warehouse, Costco shall, [*], collect the Co-Branded Card Application or the information needed to complete a Co-Branded Card Application, and provide said Co-Branded Card Application or information to Bank in accordance with mutually agreed-upon procedures and subject to Applicable Laws.
