Cortex definition

Cortex means CognitiveScale’s AI Product including Cortex Fabric, Cortex Amplify, Cortex Engage.
Cortex has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

  • Through its Cortex Hub security operating platform, Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which contain features designed to interoperate with our Products.

  • If you do not agree to the amendments contained in our notice, then you must advise Cortex in writing of your disagreement within 7 days of receiving the notice of amendment in which case your appointment as a Reseller will immediately terminate.

  • Unless specified to the contrary at the time you order any licence keys from Cortex in respect of the Software, all monies payable by you to Cortex under this Agreement (“Consideration”) are exclusive of all third party bank charges charged by your bank on payments made to Cortex, and exclusive of all taxes (including, without limitation, any GST, VAT, withholding taxes or other taxes) which are levied, charged or imposed in respect of the supply, sale or licensing of the Software to you.

  • You acknowledge and agree that depending on the Xxxx 00 Services performed, Palo Alto Networks may use its own products and services, including but not limited to Cortex XDR, in the delivery of Xxxx 00 Services.

  • We may modify this agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the legal information section of the Cortex website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or an alternate site we identify) or by notifying you in accordance with subsection 11(1).

  • Upon each renewal of your Subscription, this agreement will expire and your Subscription will thereafter be governed by the Terms of Service set forth on the Cortex Archive website on the date on which your Subscription is renewed (the “Renewal Terms”).

  • Sage means The Sage Group plc or an Affiliate thereof.

  • Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.

  • IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.

  • CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.

  • Soda fountain means a place especially equipped

  • NPS means nominal pipe size.

  • APC means the Ambulatory Payment Classification system under 42 CFR 419.31 used by Medicare for grouping clinically and resource-similar procedures and services.

  • Arena means an enclosed building:

  • biofuels means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;

  • MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.

  • NCI means the National Cancer Institute.

  • EMD means Earnest Money Deposit.

  • TEQ means toxicity equivalence, the international method of relating the toxicity of various dioxin/furan congeners to the toxicity of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin.

  • BG means Bank Guarantee

  • CMI has the meaning set forth in the second recital to this Agreement.

  • Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.

  • Elan means Elan Corp and its Affiliates.

  • COMAR means Code of Maryland Regulations.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these rules, “radiobioassay” is an equivalent term.

  • LSD means lysergic acid diethylamide.

  • Apple means Apple Inc., a California corporation with its principal place of business at Xxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, U.S.A.

  • SADC means the Southern African Development Community;

  • Spectrum means frequencies of electromagnetic spectrum used to provide fixed or mobile communications services as licensed or authorized by the FCC.

  • ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
