ERISA Group definition
ERISA Group means the Borrower, any Subsidiary and all members of a controlled group of corporations and all trades or businesses (whether or not incorporated) under common control which, together with the Borrower or any Subsidiary, are treated as a single employer under Section 414 of the Internal Revenue Code.
ERISA Group means each controlled group of corporations or trades or businesses (whether or not incorporated) under common control that is treated as a single employer under Section 414(b) or (c) or, for the purposes of Section 412 of the Code and Section 302 of ERISA, (m) or (o) of the Code, with the Borrower.
ERISA Group means the Parent, any Subsidiary and all members of a controlled group of corporations and all trades or businesses (whether or not incorporated) under common control, which, together with the Parent or any Subsidiary, are treated as a single employer under Section 414 of the Internal Revenue Code.

ERISA Group means the Borrower and all members of a controlled group of corporations and all trades or businesses (whether or not incorporated) under common control which, together with the Borrower, are treated as a single employer under Section 414 of the Code or are considered to be one employer under Section 4001 of ERISA.
