The amount to be distributed on each Principal Payment Date to the holder of this Class A Certificate will be equal to the product of (a) the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the portion of the Class A Initial Investor Interest evidenced by this Class A Certificate and the denominator of which is the Class A Initial Investor Interest and (b) the aggregate of all payments to be made to the Class A Certificateholders on such Distribution Date.
