Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Article I.A. Claimants with claims against specific Local Councils thus have no way of determining whether they would be better off seeking a recovery from the Settlement Trust or voting against the Proposed Plan and pursuing a recovery from the Local Councils directly.The Disclosure Statement likewise contains no information concerning any Contributing Chartered Organizations that would be making contributions to the Settlement Trust.
