Settlement Trust definition

Settlement Trust means the trust organized under the laws of the state of Delaware and established under Article IV and the Settlement Trust Agreement for the purposes set forth therein, including assuming liability for all Abuse Claims, holding, preserving, maximizing, and administering the Settlement Trust Assets, and directing the processing, liquidation and payment of all compensable Abuse Claims in accordance with the Settlement Trust Documents.
