Contractor Non-Terminal Facility definition

Contractor Non-Terminal Facility means any Non-Terminal Facility to the extent owned, leased, subleased or otherwise retained or used by Contractor as of January 1, 2001, and any Non-Terminal Facility to the extent owned, leased, subleased or otherwise retained or used by Contractor pursuant to Section 2 after January 1, 2001 for the provision of Contractor Services.
Contractor Non-Terminal Facility means any Non-Terminal Facility to the extent owned, leased, subleased or otherwise retained or used by Contractor as of the date hereof, and any Non-Terminal Facility to the extent owned, leased, subleased or otherwise retained or used by Contractor pursuant to Section 2 after the date hereof for the provision of Contractor Services.

  • The designs (including the design and construction specifications and scope of work) for any modification of Contractor Facilities, including without limitation all modifications funded by capital expenditures pursuant to Section 5, or any Contractor Non-Terminal Facility that is at or adjacent to an Existing Hub Airport, shall be generated by Continental and shall be consistent with the Continental Marks and other Identification.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Critical areas means any of the following areas or ecosystems: wetlands, critical aquifer recharge areas, streams, fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas, frequently flooded areas, and geologically hazardous areas as defined by the Growth Management Act (RCW 36.070A.170).

  • Primary service area means that area within a five (5) mile radius from any imaging center owned, operated or managed by Administrator, Parent or their Affiliates for which the Group provides professional Radiology services or any hospital at which on-site professional Radiology services are then provided by Physician Employee(s) or Physician Extender Employee(s) of the Group.

  • Catchment area means the geographical area covered under a Local Homeless Assistance Continuum of Care Plan, as designated and revised as necessary by the State Office on Homelessness, in accordance with Section 420.624, F.S.
