Contract Period Key Terms Schedule means the schedule to this Agreement outlining the Contract Period Key Terms, attached hereto as Schedule A, which may be amended from time to time in writing signed by the Parties.

  • Notwithstanding the actual flight times for Blade Flights, each Contract Period Key Terms Schedule will set forth the expected one-way flight times for Blade Flights on the Key Routes (the “Key Route Flight Times”).

  • Unless otherwise set forth in the Contract Period Key Terms Schedule, the Blade Parties shall reimburse Helijet for any landing fees incurred by Helijet when operating Blade Flights arriving at or departing from points other than the Controlled Heliports in an amount equal to the landing fees assessed to and paid by Helijet, provided such landing fees are set forth in a Weekly Invoice (as defined below).

  • Early Termination Schedule is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • Addenda or Addendum means additional directions, modifications and alternations to solicitation which is issued as separate document prior to the time of receipt of bids or proposals

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.
