Contract Cover Sheet definition

Contract Cover Sheet means the Contract document which sets forth the names of the Parties and their authorized agents, the Contract number, and any other mutually agreed-upon terms and conditions of the Contract, and acts as the signature page to the Contract.
Contract Cover Sheet means the front sheet of this Agreement signed by the parties setting out a summary of the terms and conditions that apply to this Agreement of Xxxxx.
Contract Cover Sheet means the contract cover sheet attached hereto that You sign with Us in relation to Our provision of the Services to You.

  • Without limiting COUNTY's right to obtain indemnification from CONTRACTOR or any third parties, at all times during this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall obtain and maintain insurance policies as specified in the Master Contract Cover Sheet CONTRACTOR.
