Connect Online Banking definition

Connect Online Banking means the Internet banking services provided by HLBCAM to enable you to perform banking transactions on these Terms and Conditions with the use of a personal computer terminal or any electronic device through the Internet browser with the Security Codes; and include the services as may be supplemented, varied or withdrawn by HLBCAM at any time, and from time to time.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Telecommunications company means a person engaged in the furnishing of telecommunications service within this state.

  • DBS means the Disclosure and Barring Service;

  • International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.

  • Marketplace seller means a seller that makes one or more retail sales through a marketplace that a marketplace facilitator owns, operates, or controls, regardless of whether the seller is required to be registered to collect and remit the tax under this part.
