Confidentiality Control Procedures definition

Confidentiality Control Procedures means procedures, safeguards and requirements for the identification, processing, protection, handling, care, tracking and storage of Protected Information that are required under applicable federal or state law, the Port Authority Handbook, or by the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Confidentiality Control Procedures shall, at a minimum, adhere to, and shall not be inconsistent with, the procedures and practices established in the Port Authority Handbook.

Related to Confidentiality Control Procedures

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.

  • Acceptable Confidentiality Agreement means a confidentiality agreement that contains provisions that are no less favorable in the aggregate to the Company than those contained in the Confidentiality Agreement; provided that such agreement and any related agreements shall not include any provision calling for any exclusive right to negotiate with such party or having the effect of prohibiting the Company from satisfying its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Restrictive procedures means the use of physical holding or seclusion of children with disabilities in an emergency. Because the special education director reported the district intends to continue the use of physically holding children with disabilities in an emergency, the district is required to maintain and make publicly accessible a restrictive procedures plan (RPP) for children with disabilities. Minnesota Statute requires that the plan must, at least, list the restrictive procedures the school intends to use; describe how the school will monitor and review the use of restrictive procedures; and include a written description and documentation of the training school personnel completed.

  • Confidentiality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information.
