Condominium Statute definition

Condominium Statute means the Xxxxx-Xxxxxxxx Act set forth in California Civil Code Sections 4000-6150 and California Corporations Code Section 7110 et. seq., as it may be amended from time to time.
Condominium Statute means the Uniform Condominium Act, Texas Property Code, Chapter 82, Section 82.001 et seq., as amended from time to time.
