Condominium By-Laws definition

Condominium By-Laws means the by-laws annexed to the Condominium Declaration, together with (but subject to the applicable provisions of this Lease) all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto and/or replacements thereof.
Condominium By-Laws means the By-Laws substantially in the form attached as part of Exhibit E to the Operating Agreement, as the same is to be modified and finalized in accordance with the First Amendment and this Agreement.
