Compliance Log means the log created and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Compliance Log in a sentence

  • Notice of the Compliance Log shall be given to each businesses and persons operating and entering upon the Property to the satisfaction of the City.

  • THN’s Compliance Officer should respond to all compliance reports and maintain a Compliance Log on SharePoint with a summary of the matter and other required information for a period of no less than 10 years.

  • In addition to the submission requirement in sub-section (4.) below, you are required to provide an Activity Compliance Log for each Site to GTT promptly (but in no event later than fifteen (15) days) following (i) the annual anniversary of the VLP Effective Date during the VLP Term and (ii) the VLP Termination Date.
