Document of Compliance definition

Document of Compliance has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.
Document of Compliance means a document issued to the Vessel operator as evidence of its compliance with the requirements of the ISM Code;
Document of Compliance means a document issued to a Company which complies with the requirements of this Code.
