Completion of the Bidding Process definition

Completion of the Bidding Process means NEORSD has: (i) appropriately allocated funds for a specific CSO Control Measure (or portion thereof) or for a project specified in Appendix 1 (or portion thereof); (ii) accepted and awarded the bid for construction of the specific CSO Control Measure or project specified in Appendix 1; and (iii) issued a notice to proceed with construction, which remains in effect for the CSO Control Measure or project specified in Appendix 1.

Examples of Completion of the Bidding Process in a sentence

  • All notices, demands, requests, consents, approvals and ------- other communications required or permitted hereunder must be in writing and will be effective upon receipt.

  • If one of these reports shows that the capital costs to Fort Wayne of implementing the measures required to comply with Sections VII and VIII will exceed $313,000,000 (in 2005 dollars), Fort Wayne may seek an extension of the date for Completion of the Bidding Process and/or Achievement of Full Operation for one or more CSO Control Measure set forth in Appendix 3 or any Approved Revised CSO Control Measures Plan.

  • If Fort Wayne fails to meet any date for Completion of the Bidding Process or Achievement of Full Operation, as specified in Appendix 3, any Approved Revised CSO Control Measures Plan, or any Approved Extension of Deadline, Fort Wayne shall notify EPA and IDEM in writing of its failure within 14 Days of the date in question.

  • If Fort Wayne has revoked a notice to proceed for a project and has not complied with Section XXI.F, Fort Wayne’s failure to comply with Section XXI.F shall be deemed a failure to meet a date for Completion of the Bidding Process for purposes of this Paragraph, thereby triggering the reporting obligations specified in this Paragraph.

  • Fort Wayne shall perform the activities and construct the CSO Control Measures in accordance with the descriptions, Design Criteria, and dates for Completion of the Bidding Process and Achievement of Full Operation for each CSO Control Measure set forth in Appendix 3, any Approved Revised CSO Control Measures Plan, any Approved Supplemental Remedial MeasuresPlan, or any Approved Extension of Deadlines.

  • The term "Bid Year" means "Completion of the Bidding Process." The CSO Control Measure is not expected to achieve target activation levels on its own, but will work in conjunction with other CSO Control Measures at the specified CSO outfalls to achieve the performance goals.

  • competitive bidding process means a competitive bidding process referred to in paragraph 12 (1) (d) of this Policy;

  • Bidding Procedures means the bidding procedures approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Bidding Procedures Order.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Direct Ordering Procedure means the ordering procedure set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Bid Procedures Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court that (a) is in substantially the form set forth as Exhibit A to this Agreement or otherwise in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Sellers and acceptable to the Buyer in its sole discretion, and (b) approves procedures for the solicitation and consideration of competitive bids for the Assets under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and authorizing the protections set forth in Article 11 for the Buyer.

  • Completion means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

  • Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.
