COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. There are no representations or promises other than those expressly included in this Agreement. Each party hereby states under oath that the financial representations in this Agreement are accurate and complete, to the best of that party’s information, knowledge and belief.
COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT. All understandings and agreements heretofore made between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement are merged into this document which alone fully and completely expresses their agreement. No change or modification may be made to this Agreement except by instrument in writing duly executed by the parties hereto with the same formalities as this document.
COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT. This agreement and any additional or supplementary document or documents incorporated herein by specific reference contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties hereto, and no other agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of the agreement or any part thereof shall have any validity or bind any of the parties hereto.
COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT. Agreement expressed herein in writing constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, and no oral statement shall add to or supersede any of its provisions.

This Agreement, and the Schedules hereto and the other documents referred to or provided for herein represent the entire contract among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and shall not be modified or affected by any offer, proposal, statement or representation, oral or written, and by or for any party in connection with the negotiation of the terms hereof.
COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties on all issues which were or could have been the subject of negotiations. During the term of this Agreement neither party shall be required to negotiate with respect to any such matter whether or not within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated or signed this Agreement.
COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement is intended to cover all matters of wages, hours and other conditions of employment, including insurance benefits, welfare funds, pension or benefit plans or related subjects, and during the balance of the term of this agreement, the employers will not be required to negotiate on any further matters affecting these or any other subjects not specifically set forth in this Agreement.
COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the complete agreement of the parties, and no additions, waivers, deletions, changes or amendments shall be effective during the life of this Agreement unless evidenced in writing, dated and signed by the parties hereto. A waiver or failure to enforce any provision in a specific case shall not constitute a precedent with respect to future enforcement of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, nor preclude either party from relying upon or enforcing such provision in any other case.
