Complete Agreement of the Parties. The Board and the Association mutually agree that the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement represent the full and complete understanding of both parties and can be altered only by the voluntary, mutual consent of both parties. The parties further agree that any future oral agreements or practices will not be recognized unless committed to writing and signed by the parties as a supplement to this Agreement.

This Agreement, the BrokerTrac Software Support Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Support Agreement"), the BrokerTrac Remote Software License Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "Remote License") and the BrokerTrac Network Software License Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C (the "Network License") are the complete agreement of the parties and they supersede any agreement that has been made prior to this Agreement.
