Company Unvested Stock Option definition

Company Unvested Stock Option means each Option that remains outstanding as of the Effective Time, but which has not vested and become exercisable as of the Effective Time (after giving effect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement).
Company Unvested Stock Option means any portion of an award of Company Options held by a service provider (as defined in the Company’s Benefit Plans) as of the Effective Time that is unvested, outstanding and unexercised as of the Effective Time.

  • Nonqualified Stock Option means an Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • INDEPENDENT STOCK APPRECIATION RIGHT or "INDEPENDENT RIGHT" means a right granted pursuant to subsection 8(b)(3) of the Plan.

  • Parent Stock Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).

  • Employee Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 5.

  • Restricted Stock Grant means Shares awarded under the Plan as provided in Section 9.
