Company Rights Plan definition

Company Rights Plan means the Rights Agreement, dated as of July 17, ------------------- 2000, between the Company and Firstar Bank N.A., as Rights Agent.

More Definitions of Company Rights Plan

Company Rights Plan means the Rights Agreement dated as of May 18, 2001 between the Company and Registrar and Transfer Company as rights agent, as amended to date. "Company Rights" has the same meaning as the term "Rights" under the Company Rights Plan.
