Electrical Inspector means a person appointed as such by the Appropriate Government under sub-section (1) of Section 162 of the Electricity Xxx 0000 and also includes Chief Electrical Inspector;
electrical installation means an electrical installation as defined in the Regulations;
Special inspector means an inspector holding a Washington commission identified under RCW 70.79.130.
Quality Surveillance Engineer / Inspector means any person appointed by or on behalf of the Purchaser to inspect or carry out quality surveillance on supplies, stores or work under the Contract or any person deputed by the Quality Surveillance Engineer for the said purpose.
Building Inspector means a person licensed to carry out completed residential building inspections under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulations 2003;
Quality improvement organization or “QIO” shall mean the organization that performs medical peer review of Medicaid claims, including review of validity of hospital diagnosis and procedure coding information; completeness, adequacy and quality of care; appropriateness of admission, discharge and transfer; and appropriateness of prospective payment outlier cases. Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”. Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.
Licensed Professional Engineer means a person acceptable to Buyer in its reasonable judgment who (a) is licensed to practice engineering in California, (b) has training and experience in the power industry specific to the technology of the Project, (c) has no economic relationship, association, or nexus with Seller or Buyer, other than to meet the obligations of Seller pursuant to this Agreement, (d) is not a representative of a consultant, engineer, contractor, designer or other individual involved in the development of the Project or of a manufacturer or supplier of any equipment installed at the Project, and (e) is licensed in an appropriate engineering discipline for the required certification being made.
