Comarco Exclusive Customer means a third party original computer equipment manufacturer that sells products purchased from Comarco under such manufacturer’s own brand name (“OEM”);
active customer means a customer or a group of jointly acting customers who consume, store or sell electricity generated on their premises, including through aggregators, or participate in demand response or energy efficiency schemes provided that these activities do not constitute their primary commercial or professional activity;
Prospective Customer means any person, firm, company or other organisation with whom the Company has had any negotiations or material discussions regarding the possible supply of goods or services by the Company.
DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.
Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company
End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.
Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.
Product name means the name of the commercial feed which identifies it as to kind, class or specific use.
Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):
Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;
domestic customer means the occupier of domestic premises;

End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.
Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.
Notice of Exclusive Control shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Control Agreement.
Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.
Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.
Third Party Manufacturer means any person, firm or company which carries out the reproduction of Work and/or manufactures and/or prints the Licensed Publication on behalf of the Licensee;
New Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 17.3(b).
