Collateral Triggering Agreement definition

Collateral Triggering Agreement means any agreement entered into by the Grantor at any time after the date hereof with any party and with an effective date after the date hereof, which contains a provision requiring the Grantor to post collateral (whether by the procurement of a letter of credit, the establishment of a collateral trust or any other means) for the benefit of the counterparty to such agreement upon the occurrence of certain specified events, changes or conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, any agreement which requires the establishment of collateral at the time such agreement becomes effective absent any other triggering events shall not be considered a Collateral Triggering Agreement.
