Counterparty Downgrade Collateral definition

Counterparty Downgrade Collateral means any cash and/or securities delivered to the Issuer as collateral for the obligations of a Hedge Counterparty under a Hedge Transaction.
Counterparty Downgrade Collateral means any cash and/or securities delivered to the Issuer as collateral for the obligations of a Derivative Counterparty under a Derivative Transaction.
Counterparty Downgrade Collateral means any cash or securities delivered to the Issuer as collateral for the obligations of the Secured Hedging Counterparty under a Secured Hedging Transaction.
