Collateral Assignment of Contracts means the assignment of representations, warranties, covenants, indemnities and rights to the Agent, in respect of the Loan Parties’ rights under that certain Escrow Agreement executed in connection with the Riverstone Acquisition delivered on the Original Closing Date.
