Collaboration Members definition

Collaboration Members means each of the shipyards’ representatives listed above.

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan.   • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • JMC has the meaning given in Section 4.13;

  • Joint Patent Committee or “JPC” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3(a).
