When, in the opinion of the Contract Administrator excessive road damage or rutting may occur. If additional damage to the surface, signs, guardrails, etc. occurs then the damage will be repaired, at the Purchaser’s expense, as directed by the Contract Administrator when authorized by the county or WSDOT.
