Closing Index Level means, with respect to any day, in the case of any Component Index or any Successor Index, the closing level of such Component Index or Successor Index, as the case may be, as reported by the publisher of such Component Index or Successor Index, as the case may be, on such day or as determined by the Calculation Agent pursuant to this Agreement.
Closing Index Level means, with respect to any day, in the case of the Index or the Successor Index, the closing level of the Index or the Successor Index, as the case may be, as reported by STOXX Limited or the publisher of the Successor Index, as the case may be, on such day or as determined by the Calculation Agent pursuant to the Calculation Agency Agreement.

If such a Market Disruption Event should last more than 5 days, or if there is not Trading Day after 5 days, the closing level of the relevant Index will be determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion and in good faith using all available market information. The Closing Index Level will not include any distributions paid on the securities included in the Indices, if any.
