CLF&P Indenture definition

CLF&P Indenture means that certain Restated Indenture of Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Financing Statement, dated as of November 20, 2007, between CLF&P and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, together with all amendments and supplemental indentures thereto, and the first mortgage bonds issued in connection therewith.
