Class Y Units definition

Class Y Units is defined in Section 7.1.
Class Y Units shall have the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement.

  • Class USD A Acc Units, Class SGD I Acc Units, Class SGD M Acc Units and Class Y Units may only be purchased using cash.If you are subscribing for Units using CPF Contributions or SRS Contributions, you must complete the application form accompanying this Prospectus and send it to the Managers or their distributors (as the case may be).

  • In respect of Class X Units and Class Y Units, such distributions are equal to 10% of the increase, if any, in the Adjusted Net Asset Value of each such Unit over the applicable High Water Mark of such Unit.

Class Y Units means the Class Y Common Units of the Company.

Related to Class Y Units

  • Class B Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a)(ii).

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Class B Interests As set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Class C Units shall have the meaning set forth in the preface.

  • Class C Shares means the shares of Class C common stock of the Company.

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Company Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Class B Common Shares means shares of the Class B Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Series A Preferred Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).

  • Class A Common Shares means shares of the Class A Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.
