The Class Y Units are designated in Yen.The Manager reserves the right to vary or waive the above minimum amounts with respect to any investor at any time.
Class Y Units shall be available at ¥1,000 per Unit.Thereafter each Class of Unit shall be available on each Dealing Day at the Net Asset Value per Unit.

The NAV per Unit of each of the Class A Units and each of the Class Y Units is published at the Managers’ website athttp://www.schroders.com.sg one (1) Business Day after the relevant Dealing Day and is also available from the Managers.You may obtain the NAV per Unit of Class SGD I Acc and Class SGD M Acc from the Managers.
The Company hereby acknowledges and confirms that the Manager has been admitted as a Member of the Company, with all the rights, privileges, duties and obligations of a Member in respect of such Class Y Units.
Class USD A Acc Units, Class SGD I Acc Units, Class SGD M Acc Units and Class Y Units may only be purchased using cash.If you are subscribing for Units using CPF Contributions or SRS Contributions, you must complete the application form accompanying this Prospectus and send it to the Managers or their distributors (as the case may be).
In respect of Class X Units and Class Y Units, such distributions are equal to 10% of the increase, if any, in the Adjusted Net Asset Value of each such Unit over the applicable High Water Mark of such Unit.
