As of November 5, 2025, there were outstanding (i) 215,380,826 shares of Class A Common Stock (20,800,886 of which are held in escrow subject to earn-out conditions and 1,963,750 of which are held by the former SPAC sponsor subject to forfeiture, in each case as further described in the Purchaser Reports), (ii) 123,690,477 shares of Class C Common Stock, (iii) 95,791,120 shares of Class D Common Stock and (iv) no shares of preferred stock.
