Class C Subsidiary Certificate means a Class C Subsidiary Certificate executed and delivered by the Trustee substantially in the form of Exhibit J, and evidencing an interest designated as the "residual interest" in the Subsidiary REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Examples of Class C Subsidiary Certificate in a sentence

  • The Class C Subsidiary Certificates shall be issuable in Percentage Interests, and shall be evidenced by a single Class C Subsidiary Certificate issued on the Closing Date to Green Tree Finance Corp.-Two.

  • For purposes of the REMIC election in respect of the Subsidiary REMIC, (i) the Subsidiary REMIC Regular Interests shall be designated as the "regular interests" in the Subsidiary REMIC and (ii) the Class C Subsidiary Certificate shall be designated as the sole class of "residual interests" in the Subsidiary REMIC.

  • This Class C Subsidiary Certificate is one of the Class C Subsidiary Certificates described in the Agreement and is issued pursuant and subject to the Agreement.

  • By acceptance of this Class C Subsidiary Certificate the holder assents to and becomes bound by the Agreement.

  • Class A-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 and Exhibit C hereto.
