Class B Controlled Amortization Period definition

Class B Controlled Amortization Period means the period commencing at the close of business on the Business Day immediately preceding the date on which the Class B Scheduled Expiry Date with respect to each Purchaser Group shall have occurred and continuing to the earliest of (i) the commencement of the Series 2010-6 Rapid Amortization Period, (ii) the date on which the Series 2010-6 Notes are fully paid and (iii) the termination of the Indenture.
