Class B Accumulation Period definition

Class B Accumulation Period means, unless a Pay Out Event with respect to Series 1997-2 shall have occurred prior thereto, the period commencing on the Distribution Date on which the Class A Investor Amount is paid in full or if the Class A Investor Amount is paid in full on the Class A Expected Payment Date, at the close of business on the Class A Expected Payment Date, and ending on the first to occur of (a) the commencement of the Rapid Amortization Period, (b) the payment in full to Class B Certificateholders of the Class B Investor Amount or (c) the Stated Series Termination Date.

  • Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2022-1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Issuer; provided, however, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Note Rating Agencies shall have provided prior written confirmation that a Ratings Effect will not occur with respect to such change.
