Each Bearer Certificate surren- dered pursuant to this Section 6.3 shall have attached thereto all unmatured Coupons, provided that any Bearer Certificate so surrendered after the close of business on the Record Date preceding the relevant Distribution Date after the related Stated Series Termination Date need not have attached the Coupon relating to such Distribution Date.
After the Stated Series Termination Date, the Trust will have no further obligation to pay principal or interest on the Certificates.
