Class A Maximum Invested Amount definition

Class A Maximum Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of the Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amounts with respect to each of the Purchaser Groups on such date. The Class A Maximum Invested Amount shall be reduced by the Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amount of each Non-Extending Purchaser Group on the Scheduled Expiry Date with respect to such Purchaser Group.
Class A Maximum Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of the Class A Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amounts with respect to each of the Purchaser Groups on such date. The Class A Maximum Invested Amount shall be reduced by the Class A Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amount of each Non-Extending Purchaser Group on the Class A Scheduled Expiry Date with respect to such Purchaser Group to the extent such Non-Extending Purchaser Group does not assign all of its rights and obligations under this Supplement and the Series 2010-6 Notes to a replacement Purchaser Group as provided in Section 2.6(d).
