Class A Exchange Ratio definition

Class A Exchange Ratio means the ratio at which AMIT Class A Shares will be converted into IPT Common Shares pursuant to the Merger Agreement.
Class A Exchange Ratio means 0.5046 Class A Shares for each Amalco Share, subject to adjustment in accordance with the terms hereof;
