The City Finance Director submits an annual tax budget for the following fiscal year to City Council by July 15 for consideration and passage.
Any records or documents required to be maintained pursuant to this Agreement shall be made available for inspection or audit, at any time during regular business hours, upon written request by the City Manager, City Attorney, City Finance Director, or a designated representative of these officers.
