CIC Multiple means a factor of (i) two and ninety-nine one-hundredths (2.99) with respect to the Chief Executive Officer of American Electric Power Service Corporation and such other Executives who are nominated for such factor by the Chief Executive Officer of American Electric Power Service Corporation and approved by the Human Resources Committee of the Board of the Corporation; or (ii) two (2.00) with respect to all other Executives.
