Borrowing Minimum definition

Borrowing Minimum means (a) in the case of Eurocurrency Loans, $1,000,000, (b) in the case of ABR Loans, $1,000,000 and (c) in the case of Swingline Loans, $500,000.

Borrowing Minimum means (a) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in US Dollars, US$5,000,000 and (b) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in any Alternative Currency, the smallest amount of such Alternative Currency that is a multiple of 1,000,000 units of such currency that has a US Dollar Equivalent of US$5,000,000 or more.

Borrowing Minimum means $5,000,000.

• At the time that each ABR Borrowing is made, such Borrowing shall be in an aggregate amount that is an integral multiple of the Borrowing Multiple and not less than the Borrowing Minimum.

• If less than all the outstanding principal amount of any Borrowing shall be converted or continued, then each resulting Borrowing shall be in an integral multiple of the Borrowing Multiple and not less than the Borrowing Minimum and satisfy the limitations specified in Section 2.02(c) regarding the maximum number of Borrowings of the relevant Type.
