Examples of Approximate Equivalent Amount in a sentence
Each prepayment of a Eurocurrency Loan shall be in the principal amount of not less than the lesser of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) (or the Approximate Equivalent Amount thereof, if applicable), or the principal amount of such Loan, or, with respect to a Swing Loan, the principal balance of such Swing Loan, except in the case of a mandatory payment pursuant to Section 2.11 or Article III hereof.
Each Advance (other than an Advance to repay a Reimbursement Obligation) shall be in the minimum Dollar Amount of $5,000,000 (or the Approximate Equivalent Amount of any Agreed Currency other than Dollars) and in integral Dollar Amount multiples of $1,000,000 (or the Approximate Equivalent Amount of any Agreed Currency other than Dollars) in excess thereof; provided that any ABR Advance may be in the amount of the unused Aggregate Revolving Commitment.
Each Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in a Foreign Currency shall be in a minimum amount in such Foreign Currency that is the Approximate Equivalent Amount of $1,000,000 and a whole multiple in such Foreign Currency that is the Approximate Equivalent Amount of $100,000.
The Borrower may from time to time pay, subject to the payment of any funding indemnification amounts required by Section 3.4 but without penalty or premium, all outstanding Eurocurrency Advances, or, in a minimum aggregate amount of $5,000,000 or any integral multiple of $5,000,000 in excess thereof (or the Approximate Equivalent Amount if denominated in an Agreed Currency other than Dollars), any portion of the outstanding Eurocurrency Advances upon three (3) Business Days’ prior notice to the Agent.
