CIBER means Cellular Intercarrier Billing Exchange Record.

CIBER means Cellular Intercarrier Billing Exchange Roamer.
CIBER or "CIBER Record" or "Cellular Intercarrier Billing Exchange Record" means the publication prepared and maintained by CIBERNET Corporation ("CIBERNET"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association, as a service to the cellular service industry. The CIBER was developed as a "living" standard, and as such is updated from time to time as the needs of the wireless industry dictate. Unless specifically provided otherwise in this Agreement, all words and phrases defined in the CIBER shall have the same meaning for purposes of this Agreement.
CIBER s Facilities” shall mean Ciber’s network environment, systems, software, equipment, premises, operations, and any other Ciber-owned and/or Ciber-managed facilities. With respect to any Services under this SOW that Ciber performs within Ciber’s facilities, and any County data processed, used or located within Ciber’s facilities in connection with Ciber’s services under this SOW, Ciber shall maintain, and require its personnel providing the services to abide by the following technical, procedural, and physical safeguards, which may be updated from time to time with notice to the County, for the protection and security of the County’s data (“Ciber’s Security Procedures”):
