CIBER Record definition

CIBER Record means the publication prepared by CIBERNET Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association, as a service to the wireless communications industry. Unless specifically provided otherwise in this Agreement, all words and phrases defined in the CIBER Record shall have the meaning herein that they have therein. CLEARINGHOUSE means that entity which provides for the exchange of CIBER records and performs industry accepted CIBER edits, including edits to verify Industry Negative File information.

Competitive Systems has the meaning set forth in the definition of "Disqualifying Transaction".

Examples of CIBER Record in a sentence

  • Message records which are rejected from the Home Carrier's ARP and returned to the Serving Carrier shall be considered to have failed the CIBER Record Edit if the message is more than sixty (60) days old.

  • Message records shall be considered to have failed the CIBER Record Edit if the message is more than thirty (30) days old when it is received at the Home Carrier's Authorized Receipt Point ("ARP").

  • Carriers utilizing net settlement procedures set forth in the CIBER Record are not required to submit a paper invoice and will make payments in accordance with such net settlement procedures.

  • Returning the defective record will be in accordance with CIBER Record established procedures.

Related to CIBER Record

  • Computer Records means the computer records generated by the Servicer that provide information relating to the Loans and that were used by the Originator in selecting the Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.01 (and any Substitute Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.04).

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

  • Personnel record means a record kept by the employer that identifies the employee, to the extent that the record is used or has been used, or may affect or be used relative to that employee's qualifications for employment, promotion, transfer, additional compensation, or disciplinary action. A personnel record shall include a record in the possession of a person, corporation, partnership, or other association who has a contractual agreement with the employer to keep or supply a personnel record as provided in this subdivision. A personnel record shall not include:

  • Vital record means that term as defined in section 2805 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.2805.

  • Case record means the file of personally identifiable information, whether written or electronic in form, on an individual that is collected to carry out the purposes of the division as defined in the Act and the Social Security Act.   • Scheme Record Time means the time and date specified as such in the Scheme Document, expected to be 6.00 p.m. on the Business Day immediately preceding the Effective Date or such other time as Codemasters and Take-Two may agree;

  • Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Regular Record Date for the interest payable on any Interest Payment Date on the Securities of any series means the date specified for that purpose as contemplated by Section 301.

  • City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Financial Records means any document or summary of information contained in a document, including electronic documents, that contains information about the financial activities or position of a person including, but not limited to, information about the assets, balance sheets, budgets, cash flow, earnings, revenue, expenditures, income, investments, losses, liabilities, payroll, profits, retained earnings, or taxes.

  • Transaction Record means a paper Transaction record dispensed mechanically, or written notification generated by or on behalf of Us, or notice of a pending or completed Transaction or a summary of the balance of Your Account, including notifications issued by email or SMS text message to You or available as an Account Statement or balance of Account when You use a Mobile Device or other Access Terminal.

  • MERS Report The report from the MERS System listing MERS Designated Mortgage Loans and other information.

  • Project Record means the separate set of Drawings and Specifications as further set forth in paragraph 4.02A.

  • Digital books means works that are generally recognized in the ordinary and usual sense as books.

  • Partnership Record Date means the record date established by the General Partner for a distribution pursuant to Section 5.1(a) hereof, which record date shall be the same as the record date established by the General Partner for a distribution to its stockholders of some or all of its portion of such distribution.

  • Listing Statement means the listing statement of Purchaser pertaining to the Transaction and in the form prescribed by the CSE;

  • Books Closure Date means the date and time to be determined by the Manager on which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;

  • Exchange Message Record or "EMR" is the standard used for exchange of telecommunications message information between telecommunications providers for billable, non-billable, sample, settlement and study data. EMR format is contained in BR-010-200-010 XXXX Exchange Message Record, a Telcordia document that defines industry standards for exchange message records. "Exchange Service" or "Extended Area Service (EAS)/Local Traffic" means traffic that is originated and terminated within the Local Calling Area as determined by the Commission.
