In addition to the Class A Certificates, the Class B Certificates and the CIA Certificates, the Exchangeable Transferor Certificate will be reissued pursuant to the Agreement and will represent the Transferor's interest in the Trust.
The reissued Exchangeable Transferor Certificate will represent the interest in the Principal Receivables not represented by the Class A Certificates, the Class B Certificates and the CIA Certificates (together the "Investor Certificates") or any other Series of Certificates.
