ChemCodes Agreement definition

ChemCodes Agreement means that certain Technology License Agreement between ATNV, Glaxo Wellcome, Inc., GGL and ChemCodes, Inc., having a place of business at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx., Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx ("ChemCodes"), effective as of June 10, 1999, as amended.

Related to ChemCodes Agreement

  • TRIPS Agreement means the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights;
