Charging Methodology Statement definition

Charging Methodology Statement means the statement of charges to apply in a Gas Year as published by IUK in accordance with Standard Licence Condition 10 of the Interconnector Licence;
Charging Methodology Statement means the Company’s “Charging Methodology Statement” as set out on the Company Website; Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement; Company Equipment any equipment provided by the Company to the ICP, to be used by the ICP exclusively in respect to the Contestable Connection Works, including keys for Company sites and all substitutions, replacements or renewals of such equipment and all related accessories, manuals and instructions provided for it; Company Requirements means the Company’s requirements for Independent Connection Providers as set out on the Company Website;

  • Methodology means the process used by the Steward to determine its calculation of its Supplied quantity of Designated Printed Paper and Packaging, including, but not limited to, data sources, percentage allocation of data reported, data collection systems, and the use of calculators, worksheets, commercial software, or mathematical formulae.

  • Pro Forma Financial Statements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(b) hereof.

  • Payment Date Statement means a report prepared by the Administrator setting forth certain information relating to the Reference Pool, the Notes, the Reference Tranches and the hypothetical structure described in the Offering Memorandum, which will be in such form as is required under the Offering Memorandum and otherwise as agreed upon between the Administrator and the Indenture Trustee.

  • Reference Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month referred to in “Latest Level” above.

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).
