Charges and Payments. Payments for KID STOP, LLC services are due at or before the time of each visit. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, check or charge. Chares are calculated by multiplying play time elapsed from check-in by the rates posted at the time of visit. Other posted and charged amounts may include: registration fee, penalty rates, snacks, and retail items. If a Membership package has been purchased, playtime is debited against your account. There will be a service fee for any unpaid membership fees, and any returned checks. Any rate changes will be posted 30 days in advance. I will provide my Child, if they are under 30 months of age, two changes of clothing and provide diapers upon drop-off. The Expense Administrator will receive a fee equal to $5,500 payable on each Distribution Date. The Amounts specified in this paragraph are also referred to as the "Expense Administrator's Fee". Expenses, however, shall not include amounts paid in settlement by Indemnitee or the amount of judgments or fines against Indemnitee.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Distribution Expenses means the reasonable costs, excluding overhead, incurred by ZIOPHARM that are directly and reasonably allocable to the distribution of a ZIOPHARM Product with respect to a particular country where such ZIOPHARM Product has been launched, excluding any costs included as a deduction in calculating Net Sales.

  • Liquidation Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Travel Expenses means any costs incurred by Licensor associated with the transportation, storage or lodging of equipment, supplies, Licensor employees and other items necessary for business use from Licensor headquarters to Licensee’s facilities. Travel expenses may include, but are not limited to airfare, hotel costs, and meals if applicable. Any travel expenses paid by the Licensee shall be paid at allowable government travel rates consistent with Management Directive 230.10, unless otherwise first approved by the Licensee’s authorized representative.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

  • Payable in installments means that payment is required or permitted by agreement to be made in more than four periodic payments, excluding a down payment. If any periodic payment other than the down payment under an agreement requiring or permitting two or more periodic payments is more than twice the amount of any other periodic payment excluding the down payment, a transaction is “payable in installments”.

  • Costs and fees means all reasonable pre-award expenses of the arbitration, including the arbitrators' fees, administrative fees, travel expenses, out-of-pocket expenses such as copying and telephone, court costs, witness fees and attorney's fees. Upon the request of a party, the arbitrators' award shall include findings of fact and conclusion of law. The arbitrators shall provide copies of such award to the parties. Any award may be entered by the prevailing party in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Payable means that a particular benefit shall be paid to Executive in the amount, at the time, and in the form specified herein.

  • Sales Taxes means any sales, use, consumption, goods and services, value added or similar tax, duty or charge imposed pursuant to Applicable Law.

  • Costs For any Person, any claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, forfeitures, reasonable and necessary legal fees and related costs, judgments, and other costs and expenses of such Person.

  • Charges shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.09.

  • Legal Costs means, with respect to any Person, (a) all reasonable fees and charges of any counsel, accountants, auditors, appraisers, consultants and other professionals to such Person, (b) the reasonable allocable cost of internal legal services of such Person and all reasonable disbursements of such internal counsel and (c) all court costs and similar legal expenses.
