CHANGE REQUEST CHARGES means the charges relating to the implementation of Changes authorised by BPA in accordance with Schedule L.
CHANGE REQUEST CHARGES has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b).
Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.

Advisory Firm Letter means a letter, that has been prepared by the Advisory Firm used by the Corporation in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, which states that the relevant Schedules, notices or other information to be provided by the Corporation to the Members, along with all supporting schedules and work papers, were prepared in a manner that is consistent with the terms of this Agreement and, to the extent not expressly provided in this Agreement, on a reasonable basis in light of the facts and law in existence on the date such Schedules, notices or other information were delivered by the Corporation to the Members.
Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).
Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9.
Local Service Request (LSR means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.
Required Payment Amount shall have, for any Distribution Date, the meaning specified for such Distribution Date in Section 4.6(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;
Tax Payment Date means, with respect to any applicable Taxes, the date occurring 30 days prior to the date the same are due and payable.

Tax Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b)(i).
Payment Date Statement means a report prepared by the Administrator setting forth certain information relating to the Reference Pool, the Notes, the Reference Tranches and the hypothetical structure described in the Offering Memorandum, which will be in such form as is required under the Offering Memorandum and otherwise as agreed upon between the Administrator and the Indenture Trustee.
Interim Payment has the meaning specified in Section 10.1.
Make-Whole Payment means, with respect to any Series 2019-2 Note on any Optional Repurchase Distribution Date, the pro rata share with respect to such Series 2019-2 Note of the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of the Discounted Values for each Remaining Distribution Amount with respect to each Applicable Distribution Date over (y) the Series 2019-2 Invested Amount as of such Optional Repurchase Distribution Date (determined after giving effect to any payments made pursuant to Section 2.5(a) on such Distribution Date).
Earn-Out Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c).
Final Tax Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b)(ii).
Required Surety Payment With respect to any Additional Collateral Loan that becomes a Liquidated Mortgage Loan, the lesser of (i) the principal portion of the Realized Loss with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (ii) the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of Additional Collateral required at origination with respect to such Mortgage Loan over (b) the net proceeds realized by the Subservicer from the related Additional Collateral.
