Following the signing of the Certificate of Vessel Leaving The Yard and payment in accordance with Article 20.1, the Owner shall, at its own risk and cost, cause the Vessel to be moved within 7 Days from the Yard to an anchorage in Singapore.
Certificate of Limited Partnership means the Certificate of Limited Partnership of the Partnership filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware as referenced in Section 7.2, as such Certificate of Limited Partnership may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Certificate of organization means the certificate required by section 489.201. The term includes the certificate as amended or restated.
Certificate of Coverage means a written certification provided by any source that offers medical care coverage, including the Plan, for the purpose of confirming the duration and type of an individual’s previous coverage.

Certificate of Final Completion means the certificate issued by A/E that documents, to the best of A/E’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s completion of all Contractor’s Punchlist items and pre-final Punchlist items, final cleanup and Contractor’s provision of Record Documents, operations and maintenance manuals, and all other closeout documents required by the Contract Documents.
Certificate of origin means the document provided by the manufacturer of a new motor vehicle, or
Articles of Organization means the original documents filed to organize a limited liability company, as amended or restated by certificates of correction, amendment, or merger, by restated articles, or by other instruments filed or issued under any statute.
Certificate of Amalgamation means the certificate of amalgamation to be issued by the Director in respect of the Amalgamation;
Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
Certificate of approval means a certificate of approval obtained from the
Certificate of accreditation means a certificate issued by an accrediting body to a licensed testing laboratory, entity, or site to be registered in the state.
Certificate of Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment to Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.
certificate of registration means registration with the CPSBC that allows the Participant to practice medicine in British Columbia, other than the certificate of registration which allowed the Participant to enrol in Postgraduate Medical Education;
Certificate of deposit means an instrument containing an acknowledgment by a bank that a sum of money has been received by the bank and a promise by the bank to repay the sum of money. A certificate of deposit is a note of the bank.
Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter). It will also be issued when the practice has been continuous since being received into the Church if that occurred less than five years ago. It is expected that most Certificates will be issued on the basis of attendance. A Certificate may also be issued by the priest when attendance is interrupted by exceptional circumstances which excuse from the obligation to attend on that occasion or occasions. Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as in effect as of the Effective Date.
CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
Company Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company as amended and restated and as in effect as of the date hereof.
Parent Charter means the Certificate of Incorporation of Parent, as from time to time amended.
Certificate of Insurance means a document showing that an insurance policy has been written and includes a statement of the coverage of the policy.
Certificate of eligibility means a document issued by the bureau stating that the criminal record and all records of arrest, investigation, and detention associated with a case that is the subject of a petition for expungement is eligible for expungement.
Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate of arrangement to be issued by the Director pursuant to subsection 192(7) of the CBCA in respect of the Articles of Arrangement.
Community Charter means the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, as may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Secretary of State means the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.
